
About the Role
Charity Recruitment are recruiting for an Administration Officer working for a Health Charity, based in the City of London. This is a permanent role to start asap.
As the Administration Officer you will be responsible for providing administrative support for the events programme, producing sign up lists, send event emails to participants, respond to event queries and log event attendance. You will provide technical support during online and in person events when required.
As the Administration Officer you will open emails received into the shared email inbox and re-direct as necessary. You will assist with preparing for organisational meetings, take minutes and produce action lists where required. You will compile and mail out information and awareness material orders, shop orders and new member welcome packs.

Salary: £19,800.00-£23,800.00 per year
Requirements
Experience:
Experience of working within an office environment supporting a busy staff team
A high-level of IT skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Confident communicator with good standard of both written and verbal English
Experience of working with office IT systems
