Charity Recruitment are recruiting for a Fundraising Administrator working for a social welfare Charity based in the City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking for career progress to a senior level within a year. This is to start ASAP.
As the Fundraising Administrator you will provide support across the team and help to boost activities. You will be responsible to provide administration and functional support across the team on a range of projects and re-occurring tasks to boost income and public engagement.
As the Fundraising Administrator you will be writing and sending donation thank you letters and posting out other campaign materials. You will provide support to the department on a range of administrative tasks including, dealing with enquires (postal, telephone, email and social media). You will provide excellent customer service and deal with queries in an affective and timely manner. You will ensure the database is kept accurate and up-to-date.
