About the Role
Charity Recruitment are recruiting for an Office Coordinator working for a Health Charity, based in Brixton, London. This is a 2-month temporary role (possible extension) to start asap. Candidates must be available to start immediately.
As the Office Coordinator you will take charge of tasks and projects as require. You will be a primary contact point for external engagement including suppliers, donors and partners. You will be providing organisational support including taking minutes at meetings. You will be writing and sending donation thank you letters and posting out other campaign materials. You will provide support to the department on a range of administrative tasks including, dealing with enquires (postal, telephone, email, social media).
As the Office Coordinator you will be coordinating and supporting team events and sending mailmerge invitations, generating reports and spreadsheets.
· Ability to adopt a pro-active approach to problem solving, working closely with colleagues and offering solutions as appropriate
· Advanced skills in MS Office packages including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Mailmerge, etc
