About the Role
Charity Recruitment are recruiting for a Team Administrator working for a well-known Environmental Charity, based in the City of London. This is to start asap and is a temporary contract for two months, with a possible extension.
As a Team Administrator you will provide efficient and effective support for the team. You will be the first point of contact for Directors, working discreetly and maintaining confidentiality. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating all information systems, handling initial telephone inquiries, postal duties, photocopying and overseeing the database. You will be providing diary and correspondence management for Directors as required and providing administrative, logistical and coordination support to relevant colleagues.
As the Team Administrator you will be responsible for administrative support at cross-organisational and departmental meetings within the office including booking and preparing meeting rooms, and organising refreshments, taking notes, setting up equipment as required. You will be helping organise and support organisational away days, booking travel for Directors, Board members and Trustees.
Strong administrative skills
Ability to manage diverse workload including meeting deadlines, prioritising and reprioritising work. Good communication skills
