In this vital role, you’ll be the friendly and professional first point of contact for amazing supporters, ensuring every interaction reflects the charity’s values of compassion, integrity, and respect. You will be providing excellent customer service.

You will handle a wide range of enquiries via phone and emails, offering accurate and timely responses. You will also process donations, update and maintain supporter records with Dynamics CRM system, and play a key part in delivering a seamless and positive supporter experience that builds trust, loyalty, and long-term engagement.
