Charity Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join a fantastic women’s health charity based in London. This is a temporary role for 4–6 weeks, ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who is ready to start immediately. This is a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate prospect research projects to support fundraising and partnerships
• Prepare agendas and take accurate minutes for internal meetings
• Provide day-to-day administrative support, including scheduling and correspondence
• Proofread documents and reports to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Assist with general office duties and organisational tasks

• Proven administrative experience
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and proofreading abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
