Charity Recruitment are recruiting for a Legacy Fundraising Officer working for a well-known International Charity based near Vauxhall, London. This is a permanent role.
As the Legacy Fundraising Officer, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of customer care. You will be responding to emails, calls and letters providing legacy information. You will deal with enquiries and will be responsible for updating the supporter database and for thanking supporters.
As the Legacy Fundraising Officer, you will manage and develop the existing stewardship programme, event invitations, annual review mailing and emails. You will be answering complex queries and resolving issues by email, post and telephone.
Requirements

Experience:
Experience of working in a fundraising or supporter care role
A basic knowledge of the relevant Fundraising Regulations
Good experience of delivering customer service to a high standard
Basic digital marketing skills, with the ability to write copy for digital audiences
